Do they give away guitar for touring artists? We are from germany and will tour trough the us for 14 days. We need 2 7-string guitars.

I dont think even they sell 7 sting guitars. If so you might have to order it online.

Honestly I doubt it but I'm sure you could try smaller stores. There's lots of mom and pop music stores (not a national chain) in Denver.
