I needed ink before the weekend and showed up late, one of the nice gentlemen (Josh I believe) stayed 40 mins after hours On a Friday to help me. I haven’t experienced that type of customer service from a company in a long time. I’ll be sure to be there before they close next time.

Customer service was bad today. I see that others have good experiences, maybe it’s me. Came in looking for advice printing on plastic. Had me call the 800 number from the parking lot. 800 number had me call the manufacturer for recommendations. Finally got a part number after long wait. Called Midwest back to order part number, was sent to voice mail. Went inside to see if will call could get me the part. He insisted I have to call the 800 number from the parking lot. Got a hold of someone else on the phone. Out of stock. 45 min for nothing. Super frustrating.
