As long as you stay in the park area. I have seen other similar things up there.
I wouldn't see why not, call up there during business hours and I'm sure they'll have an answer. There are multiple areas to congregate so I imagine as long as you weren't bothering anybody you would be fine. I can't say I know of any hard and fast rules or laws about rc planes tho. Sorry I can't help much!
