I'm disabled and my only income is SSI. Is this just section 8 ( Project Based ) subsidized, or I am able to apply for an apartment? I'm not on the section 8 voucher program

You need to call the office and I do believe that you would be eligible in the apartment building

Yes, you will be able to apply for an apartment. Rent would be based on a percentage of your income. Good luck!
