DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I have lived at village almost three years. While most who have been here many years love it, as a new resident it has not been a positive experience. I do not recommend moving here unless you have to for the cost. Please feel free to contacts me for additional details or if you are a tenant also experiencing the same. I have spoken to several personally who are concerned for retaliation. Today the office proved them right. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

If I was asked a year ago how I liked it here I would've raved about it. NOT anymore. It's only taken a couple bad interactions with staff for me to completely change my mind. We've lived here for 25 years. I've seen a decline in how they treat members, and you can clearly see where they've made budget cuts.They definitely discriminate towards POC, and they've gotten lazy about maintenance request. If you're too docile they ignore you, but if you're even slightly stern with them they'll ignore you with attitude. It's been years since they've had office staff that are actually nice and get things done. Rent prices are what the extra star is for.

The office staff Cheyenne is the rudest double talking witch you could meet. She is shady and if you read other reviews it's from ppl that's been there 20 and 30 yrs that don't have to deal with her really. It's not worth it if you planning on moving in there.. Here is how people review the staff... The office staff are very rude and unprofessional! I have been harrassed and discriminated by the staff on multiple occassions. They try to fine you for every little thing. Also they will try to find a reason to evict you so they can keep the money you paid to buy your membership or townhome which is thievery. The lady that runs the office magically loses rent checks and sends eviction notices the second your rent is late. I think my rent check got lost in her trash! Its cheap living is the only good part, but they constantly are trying to find reasons to fine me and evict me. I am sure when I do move they will steal all the money they can from me for the sale of the townhome! DO NOT MOVE THERE! Unless you are a bitter old person with nothing better to do than harrass your neighbors... then you will fit right in there
