Our rental rates start at $1,235. Water, Trash, Continental Breakfast, Once a month Housekeeping, Full size washer & dryer in every apartment, fully equipped kitchen, full social calendar, bus transportation and an optional dinner program. We do not accept section 8 unfortunately. We would love to give you a tour of our community. We're open Monday- Friday 8:30-5pm.
