The official protocol is to go to the NSO across the street and get a referral, bit if you knock on the door and explain the situation to the man at the front desk, you can probably get a cot for the night in the warming center. Mr. Bradly is there right now. He's a resonable and sympathetic dude.
Yes just tell him to come on down... there are no beds available right now but he could get some chairs and three meals a day
