Did this place get a new cook, been going here for a while but my last 3 visits the food has been horrible on Bistro salads the lettuce was super wet and dried out chicken, brought to managers attention and the next one was the same. Fish/Chips bad!

I was there twice over the past two weeks. Everything was up to snuff as always for me. I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. Speak with the manager. They are very welcoming.

I'm not sure. I've been there 3-4 times in the past year and the food is consistently good.
