Our apartments come fully furnished, however, pots, pans, and dishes are considered personal items that each resident would need to provide for themselves. We do offer co-ed (or gender neutral apartments) where both a male and female can live together as long as a co-ed addendum is signed by all residents requesting a co-ed apartment.
Don't live here, it is the worst apartment ever! No pots pans and dishes.
