Apartments are very nice to live in. They are modern, have nice countertops and are spacious. However, the carpet and materials used are cheap. I had brand new carpet put in before I moved in, and little pieces of it would constantly come off the edges. The paint is a matte white, gets dirty easily, scratches VERY easily and is hard to clean. Staff is also sub-par. They forgot that I submitted paperwork to cancel my lease, and tried to charge me. They also have no formal method of documentation that the lease is closed or that the notice to vacate is received. I literally have two pieces of paper, one that was ripped off of another that are handwritten as proof that I turned in my keys. I thought this was very strange for an apartment run under a big company like Village Green. Manager is also hardly ever on site. When I first moved in, maintenance was horrible. My washer was broken upon move in and communication was poor- took about 2 months to fix. Eventually, maintenance became more responsive to interior requests which was great. However, the siding on multiple of the units has been cracked for months- and had not been replaced when I moved out. It took them months to hire a landscaping company to remove dead plants from yards. Dog park is nice but people often don’t pick up after their dogs (not management’s fault). Just wanted to give an honest review of my experience. I chose to move out because they increased rent to an exorbitant amount that was not with it, especially considering the management quality. Overall, I enjoyed my time living here as the interiors are nice, but would not live here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless management changed.

Maintenance response is excellent. Only issues (however significantly disappointing) is the paint selected for walls and status of carpeting. Walls are a flat white and marks up so easily and the carpeting was matted and soiled however shampooed when I moved in last year. Carpeting should have been new when I moved in last year. Unfortunately I moved sight unseen from another state. Counter tops are nice and rooms very spacious.

I really enjoyed living at The Reserve at Falcon Pointe. The apartment was beautiful with minimal maintenance issues needed. When maintenance was needed, the staff was always very helpful and willing to help. I have left to relocate to another state, but I will genuinely miss living here!

I love the cathedral ceilings, the attached garages, and the choice of cabinetry, and countertops. Truly a beautiful apartment home.
