VIP is a sectioned off area in the front of the stage with seating. That's all. Parking is $25 per day.
If you are inquiring about Festival at the Lakes, if you have a VIP pass, alcoholic beverages are discounted in that area. I'm not sure if they have any food booths in the VIP area.
