I’ve been staying here for almost two years come April. Since I’ve been here we have had 3 different property managers! Nothing is Consistent . The apartments are out dated and over priced. My toilet has been broken since I’ve moved in. I placed a service request someone came and placed ANOTHER piece of wood between the floor and toilet (1st pm Mathew). I was told when I renewed my lease that my bathroom floor would be redone (2nd pm Taylor) . Brought it up with some one new in the office they had no idea what I was talking about. I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE. It’s falling apart the parking lot is Disgusting. I have new neighbors (I’m guessing college kids ) that hang outside and on the balcony all hours of the night. They leave garbage stacked on their balcony and it causes ants in my living room! ( 3rd pm don’t know her name ) told me a exterminator would come out the following week. No one came or followed up. It’s a mess I hate that I renewed my lease! It’s nothing safe about the complex. No security no cameras no rules! Pure madness. I don’t even bother placing service requests anymore. It won’t get done, they’ll do a quick cheap fix or it’ll break again. RUNNN ! This place is overpriced and Disgusting. The windows are off track and broken. The list goes on. The property managers are no help and barely knows what’s going on.
