Dear Judy, its a rescue animal that is very old and sick being gently cared for instead of euthanized. How cruel you are. The Kendall Co. Animal Control is well aware of the mercy being shown this animal. Shame on you.
He’s not been starved. I work there almost all the time and every single time we have a giant round bale of hay sitting in there for him to feed on. he’s a rescue we’re trying to get him up back in to shape. We are trying the best we can
