The staff get a 5 star but the facility gets a 0. The doors are not wheelchair accessible. I brought my elderly mother in for a blood test and had to fight the doors to get her wheel chair in and out of the office and lab. Shame on you Duly Health!

Worst location I have visited. I have scheduled my appointment a month ago. I showed up ahead of time and did all the paperwork. The lady on the front desk was nice but that’s about it. I waited for 40 mins for the doctor to show up, and I left because she never did. I could hear them laughing in the next room. I was patient enough to wait 40 mins, but my time is valuable to me.

Duly healthcare is the worse and this office is even worse. They tried charging me for preventative care when I went in for a physical.

From my recent visit, here's the new lab hours at Dayfield Mondays 10am-6pm Tuesdays- Fridays 8am-4pm No Weekends They take a lunch and usually resume operation around 1pm. It's a small lab with one tech so we usually try to come 1st thing in the morning when lab opens.
Yes, at least two internal medicine doctors and one or two family doctors at this location.
