This storage facility will work with you. They have good customer service because they check everyday to see if you can make a payment if you get behind. They will also work with you on late fees if you fall behind. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest tho. But decent prices. I have 2 units across the street at akm and they are family owned and cheapest around but didn’t have any more unit left so I had to go with the next best place which Is rt 59 storage. Akm beats them in the prices but rt 59 competes with pricing compared to all the other storage unit places. This is a decent place so I would use them and recommend them again.

Called and found space open and available on 3/19. Arrive at noon to find a message stating they are closing early at 12:30 yet I find the place closed as I arrive. Called 3 times and saw an associate in back watching us arrive. Very disappointing and a waste of a drive while gas is high. 0 out of 10, will never recommend, extremely unprofessional, why didn't they just tell me over the phone?

Great people, never had an issue. Very secure & gated. Going on seven yrs & didn't think I would still have stuff in storage. Not as expensive as other storages. So far my rent has not gone up in all this time. Hope it stays that way. Thank you, Lorna
