You're not expected, however, the style and atmosphere is very intimate. I would at least dress business casual.
No dress code. Last time I was there I saw people from casual clothes, to business casual, to formal dress attire all seated in the same area.

It's a nice place, but you see folks dressed more casual. Nice Jean's and a polo or button up shirt for guys is good. Tables in the bar area as well for more casual.
