The part finally came in after a month or more. The Maintenance Worker came in to replace the part, and even went over and above his duties to run to Home Depot to replace the Flapper, as well, just in case it was not compatible with the new part. Although he went above and beyond to fix the toilet, I am still having the same issue with the toilet Phantom Flushing - running when it should not be.

The lake's was a horrible place to live and they should be arrested for the three times you towed my car for zero reason. Your website sells a story that is very different from reality. The pool was closed for a majority of the summer and the gym had terrible access times. Your staff was rude and unhelpful when my car was towed. The first time it was towed it was because they could not provide me with a parking sticker because they were "all out". My father's truck was towed while we were in the process of loading it and moving me out of that godforsaken place. His hatch was literally down, we went up to grab another load and bam truck towed. You cannot tell me that this is okay for any reason. For you to treat people like this is absolutely absurd. I also went four months without the right key to access my mailbox. and then when I received the key it took the strength of three men to open it because it was jammed and bent. for $1,700 a month I think this is ridiculous. Not to mention how dirty my apartment was when I moved in. and the general lack of facility upkeep everywhere. I highly do not recommend.

Been here for almost a year and i was worried about safety and burglary too. I have not heard one case of anyone's car or building being broken into.
I have plan to move here but it has many bad reviews don't know sounds terrible

It's not a credit score they r looking for. It a program for renters and it gives you a score. She say it tells them if you late on bills and rent etc.. I forgot the name of it. Between 1-10. I got a 9.5 so I didn't have to pay any additional deposits.
Usually have specials. Rent is prorated for move-in. Sometimes deposit specials are also available at times. Deposit + 1st month rent or Pro-rated rent (if move-in is after 1st of month). Deposit + 1st Month's Rent (if move-in is the 1st of month)
