Free gas and electricity here! If Nipsco shuts of utilities you run extension cord across someone else's apartment. How safe is that! Children use hallway like play ground. If you like loud noise, broken door lock and a place that doesn't enforce the lease rent here.Very unsafe. here. Is the place for you.

I would give this place less then one star. We have jumped through hoops to get rid of the bug problem. Roaches, fleas, spiders and centipedes. Our sink floods our entire kitchen and maintenance doesn't know how to pick up phone calls. I made a call to the leasing office over a week ago, and I still have not heard back from them. They never answer calls. This place was awful.

The apartment complex are usually around 850 to 900 for a two bedroom apartment but please i advice you not to get a apartment there bad service crappy apartment complex they charge you for every little thing you miss one rent payment and they are all over you sending you eviction notices all that stuff trust me i been though all that and plus the bathrooms are always getting clogged and everything
