We had a reservation for a truck at 10am & get there at 9:52a and would not give it to us! Our company had it reserved and we had an e- mail. But they told us they were giving it to someone who asked specifically for a dodge and refused to give us a truck. Then told us they don't have anything for us to rent, like that is my problem. Apparently, they don't know what business they are in. 🤷♀️ Wish 0 stars was an option. After being upset and angry for 10mins and them lying to me. We left on a midsize SUV

Enterprise rental vehicles are horrible there key fobs are damaged and messed up and there vehicles are dirty and small .The only good thing is this was just a loaner vehicle till the insurance company repairs mine.

My agent Nathaniel Standford went over and beyond to assist me on the day of rental and the return. I truly appreciate his willing to help me secure the rental and to make sure I got to my destination after returning the vehicle. It meant alot. Also the person that took me home was very patient and friendly. Thank you both. Sorry I can't remember the drivers name vit I won't forget your kindness.

It usually cost more to do a one way trip you'll have to call them and get the rates from them
Yes, but set it up that way initially. If you change it after the fact they charge you fees.
Yes, you can. You will need to bring in two utility statements ( I bring in my electric bill and my Internet bill) and you'll need a valid picture ID. They will put a hold of $250 on your account plus the cost of the rental. I've done this well over a dozen times at this location and I've never had a problem with a debit card.

Typically car rental places charge you to return the car to another location. I would just call and ask. The staff at this location are extremely nice.
They change managers frequently so I do not know but this is the worse Enterprise I have ever dealt with and I have rented regularly in several cities for several years. Service here is awful and the hassle factor is high. Last I heard of the manager was a guy named Bill (he himself wasn't bad, though he certainly didn't try to make amends for the poor and flippant attitudes of the associates I interacted with).
