Well, good question, maintenance would be a good answer
Some places are trying to keep looking up-to-date Others are trying to remove their old technology in place of new technology And sometimes it has something to do with management
True it is an older location however it is well maintained

I don't know but judging from what I remember in the past it really needed updating.
The particular location needed to be updated to match other locations.
