Just could make it out of the house so decided to give Hu's another try. We have been here several times over the years and didn't think it was the best. I was worried when I realized they had added Sushi and Vietnamese food because usually that means they don't do any of it well. However, I really prefer Vietnamese rolls better than Chinese egg rolls so I ordered them. I was also really hungry when I ordered so I got lettuce wraps as well and the ordered family meals for both of us. I didn't realize both came with a shrimp toast, an eggroll, and wonton. We had so many appetizers we didn't even get to the actual entrees. I'm happy to say the Vietnamese rolls were some of the best I've had in Houston. The sauce was different than the norm and a bit on the spicy side without being overwhelming. Now I wish they had Banh Mi!

Went while the restaurant wasn't busy. Enjoyed the attentative customer service, quick food service, and loved having time with my family here.

First time here and I was not disappointed at all. Nice, quiet, amazing service and extremely clean and I mean really clean from the chairs to the tables and even the restroom. I had the chicken with jalapeños and broccoli, brown rice with vegetable egg roll and the wonton soup all was great to taste.
