currently in their parking lot waiting for now 35 minutes for an ONLINE ORDER that was ordered and paid 15 minutes before i even got here. I went in after 20 minutes and was ignored by all workers and then told that they don’t start the order until the person is there. I don’t mind that, but we ordered 3 different items with no drinks. there have been at least 10 people that have been served before us. this is ridiculous, it’s FAST FOOD service. I hope your GM sees this.
