Laurel Buncak in the lobby is one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly people I’ve ever met. Horrendous customer service, complete disregard for customers, and also she and all other staff weren’t wearing masks when I walked in. Literally the worst banking experience of my life. Stay away from Banner at all costs.Bert, please accept my sincerest apologies for the unsatisfactory service you recently experienced with us. I banked with banner for more then five years. I can honestly say I've had a better time with Wells fargo since switching. More ATMs, better service. Just signed up and already not impressed. Hate to leave negative reviews but my service here has been so lacking and I've only been a customer for a few months sadly.
