I am interested in bringing 2 , 12 yr old boys in 2 or 3 weeks. first time trying this. Do you suggest painball or airsoft? What will I need to bring for them, how much per round and how long is each session? This is inside, correct?

I would do airsoft.

Their web sight is informative about specifics. Laser tag is indoors; multi levels and very cool. Paint ball is all out doors. They have several courses. You can rent and by everything you need at their shop. I would recommend heavy clothing, in layers for protection. Standard issue gear is face mask with eye shield ; vest to protect chest and back...you should bring gloves. Food, beverages and adult beverages served on sight.
