Tina Jarrett if you want good customer service, go to HEB. It costs more, but it's worth it. (Disclosure: I shop at Culebra China Mart for almost everything. I love the pharmacy staff there.)
Just about every time I shop at a Walmart these days it seems employees do less and less and the consumer is required to do more and more. From the perspective 99% of the time IF they have cashiers at all it is typically 1 or 2 lanes open and those are the ones tobacco is purchased (and that's prolly the only reason it is open....not for the consumer but for Walmart not missing that sale). Now a days it is self scan and self bagging......What's next, Walmart will have the consumer restocking the shelves? Seems the prices should be lowered since they don't have enough employees to open cashier lanes, oh but that won't happen, we want something we shop for it, we scan it, we bag it and we "PAY" for it LITERALLY. All the while Wal-Mart makes more money. And offers little to no customer service and good luck finding any employee who is able to assist or rather wants to. It's sad but the unfortunate reality of the technology and the greed of money we see more and more of every day.
I was there last December I decided to pay in cash and the cashier made the comment "uhh in cash". I felt as if my money had no value.
It's like that everywhere now. It's almost like a lot of people forgot how to provide good customer service. If they don't have soft skills then they shouldn't be in customer service at all. Some people just aren't meant too work with the public. I'm sorry so many of us have ran across the wrong people..
Customers are also rude... not you!
What happened?
That's walmart for you
Yeah just know that they don't care

Do they still do ear piercings here? And if so, how much does it cost? And what is their number?
