Why the fen hell is there 15 self checks and 2 cashier stand

Ex employee at 2864 they opted to get rid of cashiers to get more self checks. Not defending the company but they are pulling away from customer interactions.

The public is not trained to use those self check out Machines sometimes you forget an item or 2...

The time it took you to complain, you could have checked out. Not rocket science- self check out.

Agree, should be self check out for 15 items or less. Not the other way around.

I’d rather have self checkouts in my opinion but only when it’s 15 items or less. It shouldn’t be that difficult to use for that

Wal-Mart is in the best position to answer such. But I presume u learn everyday and everywhere. So try do it urself once in a while

I do not know...I think that would be a question for Wal-Mart management...im.unable to help with that question.
