Not certain but you have to figure at least half pound of meat per person being conservative; on the upper end 1 lb per person. I would also either they are hired to serve or you have a serve team for better portion control.
You have to call and negotiate through price they have set prices on catering specific to the number of people the catering is for
You'd probably have to call and give them an estimate of how many people it's for so they can give your an estimate
