This topic came up recently with a friend. She indicated Frankie Imo owned Smokee Mo's. She also mentioned he was a jerk but didn't go into detail. I have no first-hand knowledge of what he's like but I wasn't a fan of his restaurant. There are many better choices and I won't be going back anytime soon.
Frank Imo Is the owner of THIS SPECIFIC location as well as the Imo's pizza immediately adjacent to it. He is a member of the Imo's family but not the owner of the Imo's restaurant conglomerate.
Same family that owns the Imo's pizza restaurants!
