You should get an email but it may take a bit to come. You can also call the store and they can confirm if the booking is showing on their end. If it is, then it is confirmed. - I work there:)
You don't have to confirm it automatically goes to the booking software at the location
I don't recall if I got an email confirmation or not. I'm guessing I did as most places send confirmation that way... Have you checked your spam folder?
