Pretty cool place. Me and my kids tried the laboratory, which wasn’t as hard as the others for first timers. Megan was amazing and helpful. She explained everything perfectly. Would definitely come back again to try the others.

Maddie was amazing! She was so helpful and welcoming. My husband and I had so much fun for our anniversary trip. We did the pirate and the illusionist ones and had a lot of fun. Difficult enough, but not hard enough to be super frustrating.

Maddie was amazing! She gave amazing service. She was amazing with helping us and making sure we had a fun time. She also gave us important hints that helped. She really made the experience light up and be like you were actually there. I would definitely recommend this place and especially Maddie.

This was our first time at Amazing Escape in Cherry Hill and I would never go back. People at the front desk were rude and not very helpful. They overcharged my daughters CC and said she should get a refund. Didn’t happen until my daughter saw the charge on her acct and it was even higher than what they told us without the mistake!!! Had to send an email and was told the charge was correct. We had to fight it and they finally sent a refund but not what was told to us the night of the event. Also they put us in the room and never said anything to us. Had to figure it out and start on our own. They did tell us at the front no cell phones well we all put them away only to have to take them out to use our flashlights because the room was so dim we couldn’t read anything!! I didn’t think anyone was watching us because we had the right answer but they didn’t acknowledge us until we asked for a clue and we already had the right answer!!!!! Definitely a disappointment!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone and we definitely won’t go back!

It's like 56$ for two people (I believe) and a little more for each person you add on. If you go to Groupon it's a bit cheaper.
All ages are welcome with responsible adult supervision. Young children (under 6, I believe) can accompany their family members in the room during a game without charge. All games at all Amazing Escape Room locations are designed to be appropriate and fun for all ages. Game masters are quick to warn players, for instance, when a particular room includes low light or more advanced puzzles before booking.
They have several different rooms. You are never actually locked in the rooms but in order to leave the room successfully you must figure out clues and unlock boxes and/or additional rooms within the hour given. It's a lot of fun, I've been to this location twice. I've been to several other escape rooms as well, these guys are great! It's good to go with a group of 10 people that you know for the best experience or if you're feeling daring, group in with a group of strangers! Although it's much better with friends and family. I do recommend this place.
