Our service technician did respond to a 4am request for service in a no heat situation. He replaced more than one breaker, not just one, trying to find space in a deteriorated box that would function. He did not replace the breaker for the outdoor unit due to the fact that we had previously been contracted to replace the entire system. The homeowner's health deteriorated quickly and this was not able to be accomplished. When we discovered the homeowner's very difficult health circumstances after the repair our company decided we would not charge anything at all and did not deposit the payment from a family member. We were glad to serve our client's family in their time of need. No one contacted us by phone to discuss any of this, just posted this question online. We received no notification that this question was asked.
I had to go out there after the tech and replace one of the main breakers that he missed to make the outdoor unit run ..... it was just a issue with the breaker box(that does need to be replaced) after replacing the breaker and actually teating the unit it was a little low on r22 (2lbs) currently runs great FYI two small breakers at Lowe’s is under 15 dollars
600 does seem steep....was this an after hours call?...i had them only change a capacitor on my central air...it cost like 240 total if i remember during normal hours
Thank you Matt for going out there and helping. I'm still waiting for a response from this AA Air company. They should refund a majority for the shoddy work
