We have been with AAAir since 1982. Would never consider any other company. AA Air is on time, very professional, most competent and thorough technicians! Matthew Timms was the technician today and he certainly performed and lived up to the high standard AA Air maintains. Satisfied customer, Sharon Hodges

We had our annual maintenance done and knew that it was coming but our main heating/ac unit was rusted out and needed repair. We knew our upstairs unit would need replaced soon as well so we decided to get them both replaced. We found out the also do hot water heaters. So we had them all replaced. Four days later the install team of 6 amazing guys came and did the complete installation. It was white glove service. They were so polite and professional. I am so glad we trust our home to AA-Air. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Yes! And there are a number of factors in a home that go in to air quality. Humidity, particles in the air, fresh air and internal pollution. Air conditioning controls humidity as well as temperature in the home. Some homes need more help than the air conditioner alone. Multi-speed air conditioners and whole home dehumidification can be the answer. Particles in the air can come from inside the home as well as outside. Air sealing and duct sealing needs to be reviewed. Then additional filtration can be added. Media filters and high efficiency air cleaners added to central air conditioning can improve indoor air quality. Poor indoor air quality can be an issue with tighter homes. We call this internal pollution. It comes from the cleaning and personal products we use inside the home. Introducing controlled fresh air is the answer for this. It can be as simple as a fresh air duct or a more energy efficient ERV or energy recovery ventilator. Call us if you need help with your indoor air
Our service technician did respond to a 4am request for service in a no heat situation. He replaced more than one breaker, not just one, trying to find space in a deteriorated box that would function. He did not replace the breaker for the outdoor unit due to the fact that we had previously been contracted to replace the entire system. The homeowner's health deteriorated quickly and this was not able to be accomplished. When we discovered the homeowner's very difficult health circumstances after the repair our company decided we would not charge anything at all and did not deposit the payment from a family member. We were glad to serve our client's family in their time of need. No one contacted us by phone to discuss any of this, just posted this question online. We received no notification that this question was asked.
