Why was I turned away August 22nd and was told that my account has not been renewed in over 2 years ruined my son's birthday plus it was so embarrassing

They don't turn down They ask to renew...

That's the thing my m membership doesn't expire until July of 2020 I had to call the 1-800 number on the card and Order to verify that they couldn't verify it in the store or customer service

If you haven't shopped there for over 2 years why do you want a membership at Sam's Club?

I have no idea how the renewal policy works if you didn't renew I didn't know they could turn you down

You could of got a free day pass.
