What an absolute joke. Have been ordering from here for quite awhile, without any major issues, until today. My son and I always order the 6 piece deboned chicken, which comes with fries or rice, and soup or salad. We've always gotten 2 cups of lamb vegetable soup, and have literally done this dozens of times, without problem. Until today? The richard on the phone (whom I'm told is the owners son), argues with me that it's only one bowl, and not 2 cups. Huh? This is obviously not a meal for 1 person. Are you expecting people to share a bowl? When I pick up the order, he tries explaining the math to me, saying a bowl is 12 oz. and a cup is 8 oz. Ok, so just put 6 oz. in the cup, right? Seems like an easy fix, but this yahoo would rather lose a steady customer, over 4 oz? Not to mention, when I got home, we discovered we were given the wrong soup. However, that's a simple mistake, that can be rectified. The rude, ridiculous treatment of a good customer cannot. Hope that drop of soup was worth it?
