Returned here for my 3rd set of boots in 11 years. Its always been a struggle finding boots that are wide enough, and are comfortable. Well, at most places that is a problem. Here, never a problem. I was helped by Dakotah today and that young guy is very good at his job. I wouldn't expect that from such a young man, with presumably limited experience, well, he crushed it. He brought out a few pair that he thought would work, and the first pair I tried on, were the right ones. I tried the others on but his first recommendation hit the mark. If you need well built, comfortable and durable boots, look no further than Red Wing. If you are anywhere near downriver in the Detroit area, go to this store for great service, and ask for Dakotah when you arrive.

This place does not have the customer care as they did in the past. The workers make you feel like your Inconveniencing them. They only care about getting in to your wallet. If you have an issue with anything other then a warranty BEWARE because they have low standards on their quality of craftsmanship. If you have the time I would find another redwing shoe other then this one.

went there for my first time expecting to become a life time happy customer… expectations were too high clearly. not very satisfied with the way they run things and their return policy. very disappointed.
