Nothing special unless they allow you to get their hidden freight. This is a seniority company. The only way to make money here is if you stay long enough to find out when and where to run. You'll take home around .50 a mile after everything.
Well for me it's good. The problem with a lot of drivers that come here don't understand the system over here at Colonial. The folks are good over here. What the drivers don't do is find the lane they want and stay in that lane and choose the best paying loads in that lane. Also just like anything else you got to work. The other issue that new drivers have is they don't like the idea that Colonial let you incur all charges. Well if you had your own authority you would have to pay these charges. I average 1800 to 2100 every week. My average I was told is 1900 per week. Not telling you to believe me or not. Just call recruiting department and ask to speak with debbie or Terry and tell them I give permission for the9to tell you my average. My truck number is2111. Good luck. Any questions hit me up.
They are no different from any other company that is out here. It depends on what you are looking for.
Bad..... All bad there is nothing good about this company. Stay away.
