I worked for this company 2 different times for about 8 years total. The drivers are not going to make any money at this company. I had to train drivers to keep my bills paid. This company gets their money off the top before it is passed down to the driver. Meaning you might get $1 a mile.. Then you have take out your truck payment, fuel and reefer fuel. That's why they have such a high driver turnover. I'm not going to mention any names but the man over the shop is making money off the trucks and the drivers. He gets a bonus. The less money he has to pay out the more that goes in his pocket. I'm a 28 year driver .Take my advice and get out while you can. I've been gone from this company since 2011.

People are rude they do nothing to help out the driver at all. The things that have to be done they don't tell till after you get there

No
Work there and the ball head dude will tell you he is the orientation teacher, driver and truck retriever...Ask him why he gotta retrieve so many trucks..
Yes they do have paid training. You'll stay in the truck with your trainer while on the road and at home when your not on the road with your trainer .
I did call just want them to have photos and video. Driver was riding tail-end of cars, leaving less two feet btwn him and car in front of him, not just at lights. He then ran a red light, whipped around a car to do it, partly because he was too close in the first place. I am going to report any commercial driver I see being unsafe! Bad ones are causing too much trouble for the good ones.
Nothing special unless they allow you to get their hidden freight. This is a seniority company. The only way to make money here is if you stay long enough to find out when and where to run. You'll take home around .50 a mile after everything.
