Why does it take so long to order 4 cheeseburgers with nobody in the line!?! This is ridiculous like what are y'all doing back there it's 4 small sliders! I shouldn't have to wait 10 mins in no line for 4 burgers. Management really

Slow service management doesn't assist when needed. In line for way too long for a short order. I will be contacting corporate. I have been in there 3 times in the last week and walked out. The one day i was able to place an order they got it WRONG. Now i remember why i stopped going to that white castle.

They cook everything fresh

🤔It does take awhile. But the food is usually fresh👍🏼 They gotta hurry on the fast🏃part. Customer service... So far so good!🤓 (I do not work here) #LJWJ
