I love White Castle. When I go see my family around that area It’s a must I stop at my favorite place! We need a White Castle in Muskegon or Grand Rapids!!!!

Caution! If you are reading this, Do NOT go to this location! I am from Ohio, and I went to this White Castle in Ann Arbor, on Oct 22 2022, around 7pm. I went inside to dine in, I was very excited since there are no White Castle restaurants near me. We placed an order, the old manager taking the order was beyond rude. We waited 30min, still no food, but hardly any customers in the lobby. The customers that did come in, she served them before us every time. Every single order they handed out was incorrect. We continued to wait 45min, still no food but about 5 customers came and went and 3 door dash drivers. I finally asked for my money back and left hungry and so upset. The place was so nasty. Sticky, dirty tables and chairs, disgusting pop machine covered in pop, no straws, the manager kept getting angry everytime another person came in. Another customer said he was from out of state and wanted a crave case, she told him that it would be an extremely long wait. Maybe they just hate people from out of state? I am in food service for over 15 years now, I understand short staffing, but I do not understand paying people $15 hour, just to be there who are not helping the customers in anyway, how does that make sense? They are destroying the nostalgia of what White Castle is to everyone. Side note..they had a package of hamburger patties thawing on the back dish sink directly under chemicals...this is such a health violation for so many reasons. Just shut it down!

Waited in the drive through for at least a half an hour to find out at the window that they weren't able to cook any impossible burgers. I would have appreciated a hand written sign on the outdoor menu stating that. Next time I'll call first to make sure my half hour wait will be worth it. So disappointed ☹️.

Drive thru was slow when I went through but the sliders were delicious.
