Food was very good! Service was average. They use give a 50% discount on the of your birthday if it were two people eating, but that is no longer a thing.

Food was inferior to the toledo location. Brought the wife here for her birthday. It was slow in the restaurant compared to how it normally is so there were plenty of tables available. However, we were seated in a little cubby of an area in the back of the restaurant. Seems like we werent attractive enough to sit with other people apparently. Wont be returning. Go to the toledo location. It is far superior.

The Chop House is a jewel! The food is exceptional, and the presentation is tremendous. Absolute attention to detail served by consummate professionals. Would recommend to anyone heading to Ann Arbor to make a stop. Pricey, but worth it.

If you're planning on leaving a good impression on your partner, then I definitely recommend to dress up. It's that kind of place.
Currently, we have suspended our Birthday Meal Deal due to unprecedented increases in the cost of the high quality products we purchase as well as limited seating capacity due to a shortage in staffing. We will continue to assess our discount program as these factors change.
They have a big wine list... When you get there they will give an electronic tablet with all the food and drinks
They have three, one upstairs in la dolce vita , the other two downstairs in the cigar lounge. I've seen 8 to 14 in cigar 1, cigar 2 is most likely comfy for 20 or so, and upstairs backroom is probably 40 tops
It depends what you order but a full course meal with deserts and pop (no alcohol) runs me and my wife roughly 120 to 140 and you leave satisfied, leftovers, and its one of the best steaks for the price around. Get the porterhouse, filet, or ribeye medium to medium well and you will not be disappointed. Birthdays you get half off of entrees (call and ask them about it)
