They are very great at taking care of their customers. I would call first thing in the morning and they will be happy to help either fix the issue or direct you how to if not resolve it themselves. Great staff don't worry..hard waiting for a good working vape and needing it over night..very frustrating and taking more time to fix it understandable. Let me know how it goes! And yes call and ask for a manager if not going In person. They will most likely ask you to bring everything purchased back in in case it is defective. Make sure you have everything purchased and either way they will need to see the issue so in person is inevitable unless you contact the manufactures which will take more time. Bring it in as soon as you can and they will be happy to take care of you. Ask for a manager on these issues as they are the decision makers in the process of defective, returns( if applicable), broken, etc..needs manager approval so just go in and straight up ask for a manager and no one else
I would go down in person. But a phone call to the manager would work too i suppose.
