Alot of McDonald's is like that i jus dont understand they need to have a maintenance employee on each shift that way if something stops working then they have somebody right there that could fix the problem in a more timely manner and then it would cut down on the amount of angry customers its a simple fix and a win win for McDonald's and the customers they serve on a daily basis
Wow, that is absolutely ridiculous. They better be taking money off of your order if they can't give you something as basic as a drink. I personally hate going to that location anymore. They mostly have teenagers working there that just don't give a damn about their job. I went to the drive thru there the other night, sat for 30 minutes in line without ordering, gave up and said this is bs, tried to go inside but it was just as bad. Went over to the one on old 3rd and was through their very busy drive thru in 5 minutes. If it wasn't for my kid, I wouldn't have bothered with it at all.
