I went to court got tickets dropped and court said they where going to send me my 200 dollars in mail from bond. I get Pulled over a week later and get tickets so will the court still send me my refund

Yes that's a totally separate case . The tickets you recently got has nothing to to with the them issuing you bond money back from an older case .
