I went there today for a door dash order it took them like 15 minutes they where in there calling each other b@@chies and throwing water at each other I asked who was the manger and some female said she was. there is no type of order in this establishments there is no way the place should be ran by kids

I was extremely disappointed in my ice cream I purchased from cold stone yesterday, I purchased 2 caramel and pecan apples and a small cup of butter pecan ice cream, the price I paid for 3 items was almost $25, I was expecting top notch quality on ALL THE ITEMS, the apples were great but the ice cream was terrible, it had ice frost in it which means it's been thawed and refrozen several times it looked mushy as well
