Their website is the best place for the info, but the more things you can sort before hand the better. They usually have 1-2 plastics together and the other types in a different bin. Similar thing with paper (office/newspaper/glossy). Glass is clear or colored. Oh and don't try and recycle wet or food stained paper or cardboard.
