Hi Stefano! Our beef comes from three companies: Kaps, Sherwood and Weeks. That beef can come from anywhere in the United States. We get lamb from Sherwood, which can come from United States, Australia or New Zealand. Our pork (the brand is called Utica) comes from Kaps, which they buy from a company in Grand Rapids. We get Grade A hand-trimmed chicken breast and chicken stir fry (also cut from the breast meat) from one of 3 companies: Sherwood, Kaps, or Weeks. Amish chicken is from a company called Peacock; from an Amish farm called Miller, in Indiana. For butchering, we buy the 'hindquarter' half of the cow from a company called C. Roy, which is located in Yale, MI. We buy our fresh produce from a number of vendors, mostly through the Detroit Produce Terminal. We have recently partnered with Double Up Food Bucks, which requires us to carry at least 20% Michigan produce. Let us know if there's something specific we can get you more info on!
