How do you get the customer service / warranty department to return your phone calls?

No clue! This is the problem with them

This is a terrible company. They supposedly completed the roofing/ gutters /facia on my house on 9/19/22- mind you we signed out contract on October 2021, being told we would have a roof by thanksgiving 2021~ yeah, didn't happen. They started working on the house in April 2022, it took 3 weeks for them to "complete" the job because they forgot to replace the facia, the rotted wood, they didn't even hook the downspouts up to the gutters (I have a whole review on this) the gutters they did hook up leaked (I have video) . It's September we are STILL dealing with them. I am the first to post good review, I fully believe in giving credit when & where it is due, but Majic is absolutely horrible! There is no indication they came out 9/19/22- we have cameras on the house, our fence is locked for liability reasons, so how did they get in the yard? Did they trespass? I am pretty sure the good reviews are because they offer money off your bill to remove a bad review.
