Do people actually work here? I have called no less than 12 times and it either rings and hangs up on me or I sit on hold. I finally hung up after being on hold for 35 minutes. Ridiculous.

Yes people work. Some workers are unprofessional.

I was going through the same thing calling the post office either no answer or get put on hold so i decided to just go there....it was a line but didn't take long to see someone n get my mail!!!
