Yes other people bring out their golf carts
We did see people in golf carts there. If renting a cabin, they limit your parking spots to only two. I would give the park a call just to check.
There are a few restrooms I saw that you can get to on crutches, golf cart or a wheelchair, mainly by the camping/RV area. I'm not sure if your looking at trails or not but I will warn you because she is on crutches that there is a lot of erosion and bridges out or collapsed that are not marked. Especially trail 5 which is marked as an easy trail. The bridge was completely out and we had to cross on the back side of a beaver dam and climb a hill to get across or turn and walk all the way back to the beginning. The area next to the river was very nice and would be easier for someone on crutches. You can go down by the boat ramp to see the water and there are picnic tables by the parking lot. You have to walk thru the grass but it is level and not too far. Overall this is a nice little park. I hope you enjoy your time and this info helps!
