$5 all day; $10 to rent skates, $1 off admission with SEPTA Key; numerous other discounts. It's •not• the other way around. I never rent skates, pay $4, and skate all day.

It's outside no cost except price of the skates I've actually stood there for awhile and didnt pay. Unless I was eating or skating
